Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Tuskars Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be canceled and refunds processed.

1. Cancellation by Guest
a. Standard Cancellation Policy
  • More than 7 days before check-in – Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable)
  • 3 to 7 days before check-in – 50% of the booking amount will be refunded
  • Less than 3 days before check-in – No refund will be provided
b. No-Show Policy
  • If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited
c. Early Departure
  • No refunds will be provided for early check-out or unused services after check-in
2. Cancellation by Tuskars Resort
In rare circumstances, if we must cancel a booking due to:
  • Maintenance issues
  • Overbooking
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
We will:
  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Provide an option to reschedule the booking (subject to availability)
3. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways
4. Modification of Bookings
  • Date changes are subject to availability and request timing
  • Rate differences may apply for revised bookings
  • Modification requests made within 3 days of check-in may not be accommodated
5. Peak Season / Special Dates Policy
For bookings during
  • Long weekends
  • Festivals
  • New Year / Christmas
  • Special events
Different cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
6. Group Bookings & Events
  • Separate cancellation policies may apply for group bookings (more than [1] rooms) or events
  • A customized agreement will override this general policy
7. Payment Gateway Charges
  • Any transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount
8. Force Majeure
No refunds or liability shall arise for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Travel bans
However, at our discretion, we may offer date changes or credit vouchers.
